Q. How can I put text in an arc as shown on the home page and in "Balls of Fame"?

A. The online text box can't display arcing text. Use the special instruction box on the checkout page to tell Zipline's graphic artist how you want your text and graphics positioned on the ball.


Q. I would like to get golf balls designed like the wedding ones on the front page, where it's Allyson and Jason with the wedding date and the linked hearts with the initials in the middle. I have been unable to create it myself using your site.

A.
Don't worry about how text and graphics look on the ball canvas. Just get them on there. It doesn't matter if they overlap.

In the "comments" box at the bottom of checkout page, insert this: "arc text above and below linked hearts and put our initials
inside the linked hearts graphic just like example on zipline home page."

Then add linked hearts graphic anywhere on the ball canvas.

Our standard practice is to make your logo look as good as possible. Feel free to advise our graphic artist on exactly
what you want via the comment box. If you are nervous about how it will look, ask for preproduction email proof in COMMENTS box as well - adds an extra couple days to turnaround time.

We are very flexible. Just tell us what you want and we will tee it up.


Q. How is Zipline's imprint quality?

A. Our imprinting is as good is it gets. We adjust your selected text and graphics to fit the ball contour with the same detail as a printed page. No graphic is too fine or detailed to be captured, and the imprint is very durable even under demanding play conditions. Imprinting does not alter ball playability. With more than 15 years pad printing golf balls, we use the finest inks and state-of-the-art pad printing equipment.




Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We usually ship within 3 workdays of receiving an order. For estimated transit time via UPS Ground within the continental USA to your area,
click here.

International USPS will take 4 to 7 days via air.




Q. Can I have my order shipped within 24 hours?

A. Maybe, Zipline normally ships within 3 workdays. Faster turnaround is sometimes available depending on Zipline's workload and work schedule. E-mail

Q. Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

A.Yes, shipments to APO and FPO addresses are serviced by the United States Postal Service as Space Available Mail (SAM).


Q. What if my text falls slightly outside the imprint template?

A. Zipline will reduce the letter size as needed to make it fit perfectly.




Q. Can you put a photo on the ball?

A. Yes, Zipline can put any photo on the ball in monotone (not full color), based on either a black & white or color photo. Head shots of your friends and enemies work great. After you select your ball brand and quantity, click on the company logo link on the ball customizer page and follow the process.


Q. What if there are shipping problems?

A. We can't guarantee timing or ball condition on arrival. We will provide a UPS tracking number so you can track shipping progress. Shipping problems are rare due to the durability of the balls and the shipment packaging.




Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Zipline Golf customer addresses are never sold, rented, leased, traded, swapped, marketed, exchanged, bartered, distributed, or disclosed in any other way. We don't like to receive junk mail, and know you don't either.




Q. How are the balls packaged?

A. In their original boxes and in their original sleeves of 3 balls each. 4 sleeves per dozen box. Exceptions: Zipline Golf's "blank balls with sleeves" come in sleeves of 3, but are not boxed. Zipline's "blank balls without sleeves" are shipped in bulk, that is, not boxed or sleeved. The Top-Flite XL is shipped in 3 ball sleeves, but is not boxed by the dozen.




Q. What is the minimum order?

A. One dozen balls.




Q. How do I communicate with Zipline?

Q. Can I buy balls without an imprint?

A. No.




Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. No. Once you have designed your ball and submitted your payment information, setup is begun almost immediately on the print-ready artwork for your ball. Because of the time and cost involved in this preparation, we cannot cancel orders once they have been received.




Q. Can I get my order gift wrapped?

A. Yes. Zipline offers gift wrapping for an additional $4.00 charge. Select the gift wrapping option on the checkout page once you have designed your ball. You can also include a message by typing your text in the "gift message" box on the checkout page.




Q. How do I know if you received my order?

A. We will confirm receipt of your order and shipment of the order with UPS tracking number by email. You will also see the amount of the order in your confirmation message. That's it.




Q. What about customs and duties?

A. Any customs or duties, as well as any additional costs for customs clearance, are your responsibility. Zipline Golf doesn't control and can't predict what these charges might be. Please check with your local customs office for more information.




Q. Who owns the rights to my ball design?

A. All copy and designs you create will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws for trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.


Q. How long will my design be kept on file for re-ordering purposes?

A. Designs and order information will be kept on the server for 15 months. If you haven't re-ordered within that time period, you will need to submit your order as a new design.


Q. What if I want to order more than one brand of balls with the same
design?


A. Complete your first order. Log off the site. Reenter. Reorder your design on the ziplinegolf.com home page using your username ID# and password. Select the new brand from the drop down menu, and complete your order as before. The two orders will be added together for freight rate and setup cost calculation. Zipline will confirm the price reduction on the second order by email.


Q. When I try to check out, I get a message saying that it can't access the check out page. (I'm on AOL).What does this mean?

A.When AOL's browser says it can't access an address, it usually means AOL's proxy servers are overloaded. Generally, if the person tries again after a few minutes, they will be able to access the page.

One exception is Macintosh users of AOL 3.0, who cannot access secure pages at all (on any site) because the old AOL 3.0 Mac browser is not security enabled. AOL's newer (4.0 and higher) browsers can handle secure pages, and can be downloaded free-of-charge from AOL.


Q. Does Zipline offer special pricing on large volume orders?

A.Yes, if you want 24 dozen or more, ask Zipline Golf for a "Direct Factory Shipment' quote. Just send an email to info@ziplinegolf.com with the following info:

  • Ball brand and model
  • Quantity
  • Delivery deadline
  • Number of colors in logo
  • Single or double imprint
  • Shipping Destination Zip Code

We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a custom quote.


Q. Can I place multiple orders all at once?

A.Because we don't want to lose any design you create, each order must be entered separately. Multiple orders you place to one destination will be consolidated for freight rate calculation. Zipline will confirm the freight rate reduction by email.


Q. What is Zipline's return policy?

A.No refunds or exchanges accepted on custom golf balls. Exception: If Zipline spells your imprint wrong, we will re-do the job at no charge. If you are unhappy with the quality of the golf balls purchased, please contact Zipline to work out a mutually fair solution.


Q. How are logos positioned on the ball?

A.Single logo is positioned directly opposite the side stamp and imprinted at a 90-degree angle to the ball brand name.

Double logo----the first pole stamp positioned parallel to the side stamp at the pole above the ball brand name. The second pole stamp is positioned parallel to the side stamp at the pole below the ball brand name.
